60b58eef75 google: Unexport private structs and funcs 
These structs and funcs should not be used by the end consumer.
Unexporting them prevents developer confusion and unintended usage, as
well as cleans up our documentation

16ff1888fd google: manual testing fixes

66670185b0 google: Changes required to get AWS working in manual testing 
• Subject Token needs to be query escaped
• Null options need to be omitted (like they are in other languages)

8b1d76fa04 google: restore 1.11 compatibility 
NewRequestWithContext requires 1.13. As this is just a convenience
we should try to retatin the 1.11 compatibility by using NewRequest
then calling WithContext instead.
